No contact form, no ticket queue. Email reaches the people who do the work.

What to include

Four lines is enough.

You do not need a formal brief. These four things let us come back with something useful instead of a round of questions.

  • What you have now. A site, a store, nothing at all, or something broken.
  • What you want. In plain terms. The technology part is ours to figure out.
  • What has been tried. Previous shops, abandoned builds, tools that did not fit.
  • Timing and budget. Even a rough range helps us scope it honestly.

Not sure yet? Send the messy version. Turning messy into a plan is the first half of the job.

Before you write

The usual first questions.

Size

Are we too small?

Almost certainly not. A five-page restaurant site is a normal job for us.

Cost

What does it cost?

Depends on scope. You get a fixed number in writing before anything starts, and the quote is free.

Speed

How fast can you start?

Usually within two weeks. You get a real date, not an optimistic one.

Existing site

Ours is a mess

That is most of what we see. We can rebuild it or fix what is there, whichever costs you less.

Hosting

Do we have to move hosts?

No. We can work with your current host, though we will tell you honestly if it is holding you back.

Ownership

Do we own it?

Yes. Domain, code, and accounts are in your name from day one. Leave whenever and take it with you.

The first email does not need to be polished. It just has to start.
