Work

Things we built that are running right now.

A booking platform on the other side of the world. Stores in categories other shops turn down. Sites for restaurants and studios that just need to work.

Custom platform/Tour operator · Cook Islands

A booking platform and AI agent running a lagoon tour business

The client runs day tours on Aitutaki. Off-the-shelf booking tools could not handle real capacity rules, multi-currency payments, or a 20-hour time difference between the customer and the crew. So we built the platform.

What we built

A custom booking engine with live availability, an availability API, multi-currency checkout, and admin tools the island team can run from a phone. Then an AI support agent on WhatsApp that answers pricing, availability, dietary, accessibility, and transfer questions and turns them into bookings.

Why it holds up

85 automated tests run against the booking engine, so a wording change cannot quietly break the pricing path. The agent escalates to a human when it should. It runs on our own servers, so there is no platform to get locked into or priced out of.

Ecommerce/Vape and specialty retail

Full stores in the categories most shops decline

Regulated retail is where generic web shops bail out. Age verification, shipping restrictions by state, carrier rules, and payment processors that drop merchants without much warning.

What that takes

Complete storefronts with product catalogs, variants, inventory, checkout, and fulfillment, plus the compliance layer on top: age gates, restricted shipping logic, and processor setups chosen to survive the category rather than the cheapest one available.

Booking and web/Sauna and wellness studios

Session booking that cuts the phone calls

Studios lose bookings to voicemail. The fix is a site where someone can see real availability, book a session, sign the waiver, and pay, without anyone picking up a phone.

Session and class scheduling, memberships and packages, capacity limits per room or slot, automated reminders to cut no-shows, and local search setup so the studio actually shows up when someone nearby searches for it.

Web and local search/Restaurants

Sites that answer what people actually search for

Most restaurant traffic is someone deciding where to eat in the next hour. They want hours, the menu, whether there is parking, and how to book. On a phone. Quickly.

Fast mobile sites with menus that update in seconds and no PDF downloads, online ordering and reservations, and the local search and maps work that decides whether you appear at all.

Infrastructure/Across every client

The part nobody sees until it breaks

Every site we build runs on infrastructure we manage. Hosting, DNS, SSL, business email, backups, and monitoring. When something goes wrong there is one number, and the person answering it built the thing.

It also means we can diagnose properly. A slow site, a store that stopped taking payments, or confirmation emails landing in spam are usually not the problem people assume they are, and finding out fast requires access to all of it.
